Shipping and Delivery
1. Order processing
Order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (EST) Monday to Friday
Order processing time is within 1-3 working days. Please note that your order may take longer to deliver if we receive a high volume of orders. If a significant delay is expected in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.
In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated arrival time.
2. Delivery time
Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days (may be longer, depending on destination) from the date the order is shipped. Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A signature will be required upon delivery.
However, there will be circumstances we cannot foresee such as weather conditions or logistical difficulties that may result in minor delays. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you via email.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
3. Shipping price
Standard shipping is $6.99 for all orders.
4. Shipping Range and Carriers
We only ship within the United States to ensure fast delivery times and the best customer service. Your order will be shipped via a reputable carrier such as USPS, depending on your shipping address and preferences. We are committed to providing you with peace of mind with a reliable shipping process, ensuring that your product arrives safely and on time.
5. Order tracking
You will receive a confirmation email or text message with a tracking identification number and a link to track your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your ID, please check our delivery confirmation email.
6. Why hasn’t my shipping information been updated?
– Sometimes it takes a while to update information. Each package undergoes strict cleaning and quality control procedures before shipping to ensure customer safety, which may result in shipping delays.
– Or sometimes the shipping company does not provide package information in time.
7. In case of lost order
If your order is lost during shipping or delivered to the wrong address, please send an email to our customer service department and we will assist you as soon as possible. However, if the order has been successfully delivered to the correct address confirmed by the shipping company, we will not be responsible for loss.
8. Your package is wrong/damaged
We will take great care so that your order arrives in the best condition. If your order is damaged, we are sorry. Please email us at [email protected] within 30 days with a picture of the damaged item, your order number and any other information you may have about the order your order to help us resolve this issue for you quickly. We will reply you as soon as possible with an answer!
